2. What slab sizes are available? 

Standard size: 126" × 63" 

Jumbo size: 138" × 78" 

Custom sizes may also be available depending on the order.

3. What thickness options do you offer? 

Common thicknesses include1.5cm 1.8cm  2 cm and 3 cm.

4. What is your minimum order quantity? 

Our standard MOQ is one container, with mixed colors allowed.

5. Do you support mixed colors in one container? 

Yes, we support mixed colors to help distributors optimize inventory.

6. What markets do you mainly supply? 

Our main markets include the United States, Canada, and other international markets.

7. What is your typical production lead time? 

Production usually takes 15–25 days depending on order quantity and colors.

8. Do you provide samples? 

Yes, small samples are available for color and quality evaluation.

9. What payment terms do you accept? 

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

10. Do you provide OEM or private label service? 

Yes, we support OEM and private label services for distributors.
